1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and betcup ("betcup," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at betcup.club ("Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, sports betting, bonus claims, and all other services offered by betcup.

By clicking "Register," "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the betcup Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

betcup reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the betcup Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. betcup strictly enforces this requirement and will verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at betcup's sole discretion.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The betcup Platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. betcup does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) betcup account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betcup employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. betcup is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

2.5 KYC Verification. betcup may require you to submit identity documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betcup login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. betcup will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify betcup immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. betcup will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. You may be held liable for losses incurred by betcup or other parties due to unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your betcup account, whether or not authorised by you. All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account are your sole responsibility.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. betcup reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to you prior to any deduction.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betcup accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. betcup targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. betcup does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. betcup reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. betcup does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to use prohibited payment methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by betcup are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. betcup reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.

5.5 betcup's Discretion. betcup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. betcup also reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market on the betcup Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by betcup. betcup reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded, where odds were published in error, or where betcup suspects irregular betting patterns.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, betcup reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. betcup's decision in such matters is final. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all casino games.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and may be adjusted by betcup at any time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betcup Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating more than one betcup account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward betcup staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the betcup Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of betcup or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without betcup's prior written consent.

9Privacy & Data

betcup collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betcup implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and betcup cannot guarantee absolute security. 10Responsible Gaming

betcup is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

11Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betcup, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 betcup's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betcup account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 betcup does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betcup's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1 betcup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betcup reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, betcup may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, betcup may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with these Terms.

12.3 You may close your betcup account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

13Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the betcup Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. betcup will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by betcup's customer support team, you may escalate your complaint to betcup's compliance department by emailing the address listed in Section 16 of these Terms, clearly marked "Formal Complaint."

13.3 Final Decision. betcup's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.

14Amendments

betcup reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betcup will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
